The annual 6th Formers' Puzzle Quiz, this year held on January 27, at Võru Kreutzwald Gymnasium was a success like always. There were altogether 22 teams from different Võru County schools. All of the teams consisted traditionally of 3 members. The quiz consisted of fifteen vocanulary, grammar or reading puzzles which the students had to solve during a limited period of time.
The best of the best were:
I team "Girlpower" with 115,5 points
II team "Starwars" with 98 points
III team "ARK" with 92,5 points
Million thanks to Mare Veiderpass and the teachers of Võru Kesklinna Gymnasium who prepared the quiz.
Also, thanks to Maila Vilu and Maive Salakka who helped to organise the copying of the materials and prepared the rooms in Võru kreutzwald Gymnasium.
Last but not least, huge thanks to teachers of English whose children took part in the competition and who helped to mark the quiz papers and did an excellent job!
